Election day is bound to be stressful for many as they head to the polls to cast their ballots. But, some companies are offering freebies as a bit of a pick-me-up.

It can be a busy day waiting in line to cast your ballot, but some companies are making it worth it. Some are offering free, no-purchase-necessary products, while others are offering significant discounts to either keep you fed and hydrated or ensure you get to the polls.

If you’re looking for those deals, we’ve got the scoop.

Get Some Free Food and Beverages

When we say free, we mean totally free. There’s no need to buy anything else to earn your free item.

Krispy Kreme is offering a single Original Glazed Doughnut. Employees here will also hand out stickers declaring you voted. If you already have one of those stickers, it’ll serve as proof so you can get a free non-alcoholic beverage at Lazy Dog. Head over to participating IKEA locations and present this coupon for a free frozen yogurt.

Need a Ride?

Not everyone has reliable transportation to get to the polls. Recognizing this dilemma, Uber and Lyft are both offering 50% off a ride to a polling place. They will also help you find the one nearest you.

If you’re near a Lime location, you can score a free 30-minute ride to and back from the polling place using the code VOTE2024. Hertz is also offering a deal where renters can get a free day with a two-day rental with PC code 211636. You must pick the vehicle up by November 5.

Other Discounts

Other companies are also offering discounts, such as Round Table Pizza, which is giving voters $6 off a large or extra-large pie. Chuck E. Cheese is offering an hour of free play with the purchase of an hour.

If you’re a Tropic Rewards member, you can purchase an entrée or a bowl at Tropical Smoothie Café and get a free smoothie from November 5 to 10. Yogurtland is offering 15% off in-store purchases if you have an “I voted” sticker and Dave & Buster’s is giving 50% off of games, as well as food deals.

Check Your Local Pages

It’s not just national (or global) companies offering discounts or freebies. If you check your local pages—town, county, or municipal—you may find local businesses offering a freebie or discount to encourage locals to vote.

Check social media and don’t be afraid to ask friends or family if they’ve noticed deals to capitalize on nearby.
